Mistreatment often happens undetected by outside people who willingly or unwillingly, decide not to see or admit it.
But for the person in cause, mistreatment can cause low self-esteem, low self-confidence, anxiety, powerlessness, anger, depression, etc.
It can happen anywhere: in the family, workplaces, relationships, society, etc. and it can take many forms: from bullying, to belittling, to discrimination, to abuse.
And unless they find real help, it is difficult for the victims to recover completely. It can jeopardize the entire person’s life.
I have written many articles on the topics that can begin helping and if you wish to contact me directly you can do so on email@example.com.
I offer one-to-one coaching, group coaching and public speaking on the topic, please contact me for more information.
